Steven Reed-Pittman is the founder and President of Temperant Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in business and technology, Steven helps high tech teams solve high-stakes problems.

Known for combining deep software and systems expertise with a deep understanding of individual and organizational dynamics, he helps fast-moving organizations deliver world-class performance.

From highly technical work (he was once the software architect for an embedded order-fulfillment platform used by major retailers including Wal-Mart and Amazon), to highly personal work (including one-on-one coaching and group facilitation for high-stakes meetings and retreats), Steven draws on a breadth of experience that is both high-tech and high-touch.

Whether he is working with teams or one-on-one, Steven helps his clients make rapid progress by delivering deep expertise and insight to solve complex problems.

Steven earned his degree in Computer Science (cum laude) with a minor in Mathematics at Grinnell College and Sonoma State University.
